We require a Dental Receptionist to join our Team of Front Office Staff,

We are looking for a well-presented friendly and approachable person with a very strong work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively within a small team.

A can-do attitude and the ability to self-critique is a must for this role.

Dental Receptionist responsibilities:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter,
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and correspondence using dental practice software,
- Handle EFTPOS transactions efficiently and assist patients with payments,
- Perform accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy in daily financial records,
- Answer phone calls professionally, provide information, and handle patient inquiries with care,
- Assist with administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Dental Receptionist attributes:

- A good communicator (with excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone),
- Positive & optimistic attitude, ability to provide patients with a great experience,
- Someone who enjoys getting to know people, who is also empathetic and patient with older patients,

- Able to attend front office duties,
- Attend to dental accounts and enquiries,
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of using online practice management software (any dental software) and HICAPS health fund claims,
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude,
- Grow into the role to provide leadership and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.26 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
