**About You**
- You may be under going or recently completed a course in interior design or perhaps you just have a keen interest for interiors, but the chance to immerse yourself in the industry is what excites you.
- You understand the value of having a genuine conversation with a customer and identifying exactly what they're looking for.
- Prioritisation and time-management come naturally to you. Your motivation drives you to comfortably meet deadlines, whether that's either through following a calendar or making sure your to-do list never goes unchecked.

**About The Role**

You will add significant value by:

- Being the first point of contact for Interior Designers, Architects, and Retail customers, providing them with outstanding customer service in the showroom or over the phone.
- Answer incoming phone calls and either directing calls to the right person or ensuring that messages are promptly passed on to the right person
- Provide general sales support to the sales team by liaising with stakeholders on samples, quotes and lead times
- Coordinate visits from homeowners, architects, designers and other parties to visit the showroom
- Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures, restocking items, and tidying.
