**ABOUT THE ROLE**:Are you experienced within the NDIS industry and passionate about changing the lives of others? We are searching for a permanent, full-time Client Operations Manager who will join an energetic, empathetic team that is dedicated to the future growth of Bloom Disability Network and our clients.

As Client Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth and management of services within South Australia. Using your leadership skills, you will mentor and support your team of specialised carers to ensure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly, and compliance, reporting and best practice are continually achieved. Additionally, you will assist Bloom’s Co-CEO’s in liaising with clients, their families and support coordinators across the state.

**KEY FOCUS**:

- Ensure high-quality services are consistently provided to clients and their families.
- Having meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, always showing empathy and understanding.
- Support staff with daily operations such as shift coordination, client records and reporting
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to your team.
- Assist CEO’s in business development, client liaison and networking.
- Ensure your team has a thorough understanding of compliance in all areas of service delivery and that all operations are compliant with required legislation, standards and accreditations.

You must also demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate, network and build relationships with those within the NDIS industry. Essential skills include but are not limited to:

- Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role, managing high performing teams within the disability sector or related field.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well autonomously, as well as working effectively within a team environment.
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and its policy protocols, standards and processes.
- Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provisions.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills along with a commitment to providing quality services and implementing continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate professionally with families, advocates and to develop and motivate staff.
- Ability to work effectively problem solve under day-to-day operational pressures.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Contribute to, and assist with creating a team dedicated to fostering a culture of client centred support.
- Provide authentic team leadership and the highest level of professional conduct in alignment with Bloom Disability Network’s values.
- Ensure all relevant compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
- Ensure clients exercise choice and control over all aspects of service delivery and have a voice in how Bloom Disability Network can continuously improve.
- Effectively manage your team of carers and assist with rostering and shift management.
- Ensure that client reporting is kept in an organised manner.
- Escalate complaints, queries, or concerns as appropriate.
- Actively engage with clients and their families
- Support the CEO’s in business development, expansion, networking and liaison.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid Disability Screening)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Unrestricted Working Rights
- Relevant NDIS industry and management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
