Our District is recruiting a Consultation & Assessment Team (CAT) and Safeguard Team Leader who, in collaboration with the CAMHS Service Manager, will provide expert clinical, operational leadership and supervision to the Team.

You role is responsible for liaising and providing consultation to staff and managers of other mental and general health teams and relevant external agencies.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Team staff comply with professional and organisational obligations in relation to Policies and Procedures, risk management and notifications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**About You**
- You would like to make a difference in people's lives and like a new challenge every day.
- Have current APHRA Registration and hold authority to practice as a Registered Nurse. Hold a current NSW drivers’ license.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in acute child and/or young person's mental health (0-24 years)
- Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence-based practice and practice development.

- Social Worker Level 5
- Occupational Therapist Level 5
- Senior Psychologist

**Where You’ll Be Working**

You will based at Gosford hospital and may be required to travel across LHD health sites.
