**The Role - Graphic Artist**

Based in our Head Office in Redland Bay on Brisbane’s bayside, you’ll be a key player within our Design team, creating top-quality designs and artwork while adhering to crucial deadlines for our clients. You’ll have a deep understanding of our brand and what resonates with our customers. We craft high-quality apparel for the Fitness Industry with a purpose, diving deep into the essence of our audience to create designs that build unique communities and bring people together through our clothing.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Conceptualizing, developing, and delivering on-brand art concepts, briefs, and final designs.
- Researching trends, graphics, and colour palettes to stay ahead of the curve.
- Keeping a pulse on competitors to ensure we maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborating on seasonal collections, special projects, and custom styles as directed.
- Working closely with the Product team to develop products as needed
- Partnering with the Production Team to ensure timelines and launch dates are met.
- Contributing to digital content creation, including photoshopping imagery and developing additional online content.

**About You**

You’re a master of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a knack for creating and refining custom designs for our diverse customer base, primarily within the Fitness Channel. Creative and perceptive, you’re always in tune with current trends and know exactly what will captivate our customers. You work quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing attention to detail, and you’re passionate about the Fitness industry.

You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with the Product Development and Sales teams.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
