About the Role
Bankstown Sports is looking for a Culinary Stores Officer to be responsible for the running and management of the kitchen stores and food management at BDSC Venues. The Culinary stores officeris to be accountable for the daily operation of the kitchen stocks and deliveries, ensuring it is run to the company’s operation and financial standards, as well as legislative while maintaining the company ethos and style.

About You

**Key responsiblities include**:

- Ensuring deliveries meet required and agreed product specification.
- Ensure proper storage and food preparation methods are followed in line with the company's food safety policy and any associated documentation is completed.
- Managing and providing solutions and clear communication should there be any issues with deliveries (including quality, pricing, storage, packaging, delivery hours)
- Assisting in the Managing, implementing, and monitoring the companies Kitchen procurement, stocktaking, and recipes platforms. Ensuring system is up to date and used correctly through training and regular review.
- Ensuring all deliveries and ingredients are correct and up to date in reasonable time on all platforms.
- Supporting the senior kitchen staff in training in correct and accurate stock counts, results and identifying errors.
- Liaising with the Accounts team with any questions around stock take results, purchasing or suppliers
- Managing the Kitchen cellar and kitchen hand team rostering to a maximise efficiency in culinary stores.
