**Salary range $85,143.76 - $98,767.24 per annum dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications**

The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering excellent customer service, managing assets efficiently, and ensuring your team follows suit. Reporting to the Coordinator of ICT Operations, you will have the authority to lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to our overall success.
In addition to focusing on customer satisfaction and asset management, this role offers a unique opportunity to ensure compliance and security within our IT processes.
**Essential Criteria**
- Qualifications relevant to Information Technology or Demonstrated experience in an ICT support role is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of ICT support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources effectively.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- In-depth expertise in information and communication technology systems, infrastructure, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of managing ICT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and retirement processes.
- Proven ability to effectively handle and resolve ICT incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and managing ICT projects aligned with business objectives and adhering to timelines.
- Strong knowledge of ICT policies, standards, regulations, and security measures to maintain a secure environment.
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence.
**Desirable Criteria**
- Demonstrated practical experience supporting IT systems in a Local Government setting
- Demonstrated ability to process invoices and maintain accounts in a timely manner
- Ability to deal with external stakeholders
