**About The Encoreship Program**
Six Degrees Executive have partnered with “The Encoreship Program” which is a unique program offering employment opportunities for women who have been out of the workforce for an extended period and are ready to return. This program offers 3-month Fixed-Term Contracts to anyone who identifies as a woman, is an Australian resident and has had an extended period (1+ years) away from the workforce and is having difficulty re-entering. In addition to a paid work opportunity to up-skill, this program will also build confidence and provide mentoring and networking sessions in a structured and supportive environment.

**The Role**
There are several exciting projects and initiatives occurring at Six Degrees Executive in 2023 and we require a team and project coordinator to assist in managing these major projects, collaborating closely with a member of our senior leadership team. In addition, general office support and organisation surrounding team and office initiatives as well as administrative support for marketing-based material or client documents. This role can be adjusted depending on the skill set of an individual; we are happy to discuss your strengths and experiences and can then tailor the specifics of the role to suit your background.

You have ideally worked in an administrative/ office support/ project coordinator style role in the past with effective communication and organisation skills. You are seeking to re-join an upbeat, friendly, and fast-paced environment with people and a team that will support you in re-entering the workforce.
