**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and manage resources within the **Streaming Operations Centre (SOC) **.
- Set up and pre-check webcasts to ensure seamless live delivery.
- Monitor and manage live webcast events.
- Edit video and audio content and manage media assets.
- Deliver work within agreed timeframes and quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with project stakeholders, management, and team members.
- Develop creative solutions to technical and logístical challenges.

**Experience & Attributes**
- A background in video or audio production, with a keen interest in web streaming.
- Working knowledge of audio-visual systems, ideally with experience as an AV technician.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation and a collaborative team spirit.
- Bonus skills: Photoshop, HTML, and CSS knowledge.

**Location**
Melbourne or Sydney

**Employment Type**
Casual, working on an ad hoc basis to support peak periods, with an anticipated start in **early February 2025 **. During peak times, hours may range from **10-20 hours per week **.
