**ZA ZA TA** is a place where worlds and cultures collide amongst a sprawling, colonial backdrop and buzzing open kitchen focused on ethical eating and conscious cuisine. Executive Chef Michael Jackson (ex-NuNu Restaurant - Palm Cove) and the team are bringing the soulful vibe of Tel Aviv, a blend of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, with a distinctly modern twist to centuries-old flavours.

**The Gig**

Reporting to the food and beverage supervisor, you will play a vital role within the venue, providing the highest level of service and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance. This is a **Part-Time** or **Casual** role and will require flexibility within you availability. As our newest **Food & Beverage Attendant**, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist guests with entire dining experience from greeting them, seating them, taking orders and keeping them happy at all times by anticipating all there needs
- Familiarise yourself with restaurant products and services including full knowledge of menus, wine lists and other beverages
- Ensure you are aware of all dietary requirements to provide guests with the most accurate information about menu offerings
- Demonstrate high levels of service and prompt, efficient and polite responses to all requests
- Encourage feedback from our guests, to update and maintain guest history records, enabling us to anticipate the needs of our guests
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area and continually update knowledge of the latest trends
- Be pro-active in your approach to the job and work within the specific standards and procedures. (e.g. introduce yourself to guests, use their name and interact on a personalised basis)

**About you**

At Ovolo, we are all about YOU. Ideally you will have a Food & Beverage background with knowledge of restaurant operations, however if you come with the right attitude, the rest is simple You will have a valid RSA or willing to get one prior to starting. We require that you provide flexibility in your availability, willing to work various shifts including mornings, nights & weekends. You will have good communications skills and have the ability to remain calm and professional within a fast-paced environment.
