**Experienced Stone Mason**

Simple Benchtops is an established stone factory in the Dandenong South area. We have obtained our Engineered Stone license and are looking for a full time experienced stone mason to join our dedicated team.

We are a full wet factory that uses warm water in our fabrication area and finish at 12 on Fridays
- work on all aspects of benchtop fabrication including fabricating, polishing and gluing using hand tools and power tools
- produce pieces to a high quality and ensure efficient fabrication times
- have problem solving and time management skills

You will need to have;
- A suitable qualification or Certificate III or extensive experience in lieu of the qualification
- high level of attention to detail
- a can-do attitude and willingness to work
- a commitment to working in a team
- a strong sense of pride in your work
- Ability to use the Bridge Saw is preferred but not essential
- A strong commitment to safe work practice and OH&S
- The ability to take direction and work in other roles when there is a need i.e. to assist the other stonemasons, general factory cleaning and tidying, deliveries and pick ups

to a police check clearance and a job fit medical examination and a Silicosis Health
Monitoring Health Assessment.

Some weekend work may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
