Work autonomously in this rare opportunity on stunning Clarendon St, South Melbourne. You will be joining an Australian Womenswear Boutique featuring 2 seperate labels. Run the boutique like your own business, taking control of the visual merchandising & recruitment as you make this boutique come to life.

We are open to Store Managers & Assistant Managers with a strong retail background to step into this Store Management role. Fashion experience is not required, however stock management, business acumen & an elevated approach to service is what we are looking for.

**About the role**:

- Exposure to head office as you work closely with the owner
- Looking for a mature mindset, as you will work alone most of the time
- Tuesday - Saturday roster, with the opportunity to update this in the future as you build a strong and successful team

- Retail experience in a management position
- Exceptional communication & motivational skills, to get the best out of your team
- Creative flair, to drive the in store merchandising
- Stock management experience is a must
- Proven experience achieving sales targets and KPIS
- A self motivator, able to work alone
- A true passion for genuine customer service
- Immaculately presented, embodying the South Melbourne vibe
