**The Role |**

Our client, a genrealist law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. You will work within the Property division and have carriage of your own matters, which will mostly consist of residential conveyancing. Your duties will include dealing with clients, preparation of initial letters, property searches, calculation of settlement statements, PEXA settlements, liaising with other Solicitors, Financiers, final letters, billing clients and general file management duties.

**Your Experience |**

You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience in a law firm.
