Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Junior eCommerce Manager, this role will see you responsible for assisting in the implementation of multi-channel strategies and ensuring all facets of the website is maintained to reflect brand identify and align with the marketing briefs.

**As a eCommerce Coordinator, your tasks will include**:

- Coordinate website content and product enrichment in AP21 and Shopify prior to launch go live
- Working with the copy writer for all copy requirements keeping SEO best practises front of mind
- Working with the eCommerce team and customer service team to improve digital customer experience
- Coordinate samples in line with eCommerce photoshoots and other content requirements
- Day to day communication with the warehouse, monitoring order fulfilment and providing stock delivery updates to wider team
- Coordinate and enrich product across relevant wholesale partners

**You will bring**:

- 2+ years’ experience within an eCommerce or digital role with demonstrable results
- Experience working in a Warehouse is desirable
- Proficient skills in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Microsoft (in particular, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, HTML, CSS and ERP systems
- Exposure and respect for contemporary fashion/luxury sensibilities
- A deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
- A innovative mindset that continuously identifies opportunities that align with our Aje goals and values
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise
- Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions to drive online sales and customer satisfaction
- Customer-centric mentality for all decision making
- Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues
