**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We are seeking passionate Home Care Workers to support our clients located in Young, Booorwa, Harden and Cootamundra to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
- The role offers:

**ABOUT YOU**:
