**The Role**:
Skills required are proficiency in Architectural Drawings, interpretation of plans and competency in Computer skills. The role involves editing and revising construction plans and entering into a thermal software to achieve compliance with the NCC.

Strong knowledge in Energy Compliance required

In addition, you will be managing day to day operations, training and improving staff and holding workshops/seminars assisting architects, Building Surveyors and Construction Managers in this field

**What we are looking for**:
The individual must posses a strong record of senior leadership position with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Must have strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure, be a team member and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.

Qualifications in Leadership, Management and Energy & Sustainability are a must.

**Remuneration**:
The position is full-time with a combination of office time, inspecting sites and meeting with clients as required.

Salary is offered at **$72,000 + Superannuation**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
