**About the opportunity**

The Network Trainer will be required to perform a variety of tasks associated with training and development for the Learning & Development team at Australia Post, particularly in support Transport vehicles.

The Network Trainer will coordinate administrative tasks and deliver operational training to staff across our facilities. This will be carried out across all shifts and the successful applicant should be prepared for some flexibility around working hours to accommodate operational needs and priorities.

Note: local / regional / interstate travel may be required

**What you’ll deliver with us**
- The preparation and delivery of training sessions and assessments, as well as providing on the job coaching
- Managing/scheduling training
- Creating system classes and maintaining training records
- Booking, and setting up training venues, arranging catering and learning materials
- Liaising with participants and line managers on days of training
- The contribution to learning designs, providing input to new designs where requested and submitting change requests for existing material when a need is identified
- Provide advice on the focus for national scheduled training and learning options available to address local development needs

**You’ll Also**
- Have proven experience delivering, with confidence, training presentations
- Have experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with supervisors and staff in an operational environment
- Cert IV in Training and Education
- preferred
- Car licence
- HC licence & experience (MC preferred)
- Motorcycle licence
- Desired
- Forklift licence
- Desired
