**Job Summary**:
Premier Hotel Pinjarra is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our team. The Bar Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Mix and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate payments and change.
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean and organized.
- Maintain stock levels and inform management of stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the bar area, including cleaning glasses and utensils.
- Engage with guests and recommend drinks based on their preferences.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a bartender or bar attendant is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of popular drinks and the ability to learn new recipes quickly.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Must be at least 20 years of age and possess any necessary alcohol service certifications.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects such as kegs and crates.
