- Install pipes for storm and sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
- Ensure that excavation is carried out according to drawings and specifications, with trenches benched, battered, or shored as necessary due to ground conditions.
- Review DBYD drawings and identify services before starting work.
- Set out work to line, level, and grade in accordance with survey.
- Cut pipes to required lengths.
- Minimize material and time wastage by adopting efficient methods.

**Requirements**:

- Strong commitment to safety for yourself and team.
- Ability to read and understand site plans.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and project scopes.
- Decisive problem solver.
- Strong interpersonal skills and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Current QLD Drivers Licence and Construction White Card.

GBC CONTRACTORS is pleased to offer a full-time position on projects throughout the Brisbane area.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
