General Reception / Administration
- Electronic and physical filing
- Creating address labels with the DYMO
- Calendar work - further training provided

Compliance
- Chasing invoices / payment & documents
- Finalising documents that need to be mailed out (proofreading / ensuring signatures are accurate, and organising mailing).
- Reviewing legal documents, ensuring clients signed in the right locations & have witness signatures, dates etc.
- Sending out bank statements and Cert ID to the Superfund to prep for the rollover
- Sending forms to clients to wet sign

Data entry
- Pre-populating forms for clients to sign
- Setting up client accounts (Banking / SMSF)
- Updating our database (clients address / name change etc.)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to hit the ground running - able to learn quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrated experience in Data Entry, compliance and general admin roles
- Shows initiative and has a positive attitude
- Standard Office Hours (38 hours per week | 5 days per week - NO HYBRID AVAILABLE)
- Close to Public Transport (tram) | Street Parking (metered)
- $33 - $37 + Super
