Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, identifying and ensuring the intake and transition process for potential clients runs smoothly.
We are looking for someone with experience within the NDIS, who cares about ensuring exceptional care is provided to all clients within the service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for business growth, setting targets for revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
- Identify clients that fit the business model
- Implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our services and enhance brand reputation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business analytics.
- Manage the new client transition process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure longevity and retention with clients brought into the service.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Previous experience in business development, within in the disability support industry.
- A genuine passion for supporting those within the NDIS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
