**Position Summary**

Delivers high-quality customer service to internal and external ATCO Gas customers, including; taking calls at reception; welcoming visitors to the site; sorting and processing mail and providing general administrative support for business units.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

Reception
- Provides reception service to all visitors and customers, including welcoming visitors to the site and ensuring all visitors sign in and are made aware of various site hazards.
- Answers all telephone enquiries received at reception and directs calls to appropriate employees.

Administration

Provides administrative support to the business unit, including:

- Sorting and distributing mail;
- Organising courier services;
- Organising and distribution of catering;
- Preparing general correspondence;
- Undertaking data entry-related tasks;
- Monitoring and maintaining stationary, office and kitchen supplies;
- Monitoring of bookings and schedules;
- Monitoring of fleet vehicle usage;
- Maintain access logs, depot visitor logs and post logs;
- Liaise with various teams throughout the business and external contractors;
- Providing additional admin support to other teams on an ad hoc basis and during events;
- Contact area for Chief & Deputy Wardens, maintain weekday roster notice board;
- Update and maintain the reception manual with all current information; and
- Maintaining the presentation of the reception area.

**Essential Skills & Attributes**
- Administration experience coupled with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships and liaise effectively with customers, senior managers and all levels of staff.
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and exercise judgment in an environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an eye for detail, including the ability to prepare general correspondence, including briefings and memos on behalf of other business units.
- Good computer skills, including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office desirable).
