**About the Role**

The General Manager will work collaboratively with executive and judicial leadership, system stakeholders and user representatives to lead innovation and service experience initiatives across MCV to continuously improve court service practices, processes and technologies in enhancing the experience of people attending court and driving the court's shift towards court excellence.

- Demonstrated experience in government transformational programs to re-design service delivery
- An advocate for continuous improvement and service modernisation, with a focus on human centred service design.
