Butcher & Smallgoods Maker

One of our clients Makani 2001 Pty Ltd based in Prospect, NSW have few vacant vacancies for Butchers and Smallgoods maker. These are Fulltime roles on a permanent shift. Selection of hours are from 11:00pm to 7.00am or 2.00am to 10.00am or 4.00am to 12.00pm. Pay rate is $35.00 - $37.00 per hour plus superannuation. Overtime is also available.

We require Butchers and Smallgoods maker. We are located in Prospect. All applicants should have knowledge of selecting good meat, cutting, and trimming of meat pieces.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- AQF Certificate III in Meat Processing including 2 years on-job training or Certificate IV.
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar position.
- Should have Food Handlers certificate.
- You must have full-time work rights in Australia.

**Daily tasks include**:

- Cutting of meat in desirable or correct portion and pieces.
- Removal of bones or fat from meat.
- Knowledge of deboning of meat.
- Making mince of different meat and making of sausages
- Making mince or cutting meat as per order or business requirement.
- Marinating and seasoning of meat as per order or business needs.
- Knowledge of how to use meat processing machines.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organization and time management skill
- Food handling, Basic food hygiene and knowledge of food safety.
- Well-developed knife skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Portion Cutting experience desirable.
- Team player
