**THE COMPANY**
people2people have partnered with one of Australia’s leading non-for-profit private healthcare organisations based in Camberwell. They are innovators within their space, and are renowned for their excellence in diagnosis, treatment, care, and rehabilitation. This organisation is currently looking for a Medical Secretary to support a team of psychiatrists.

**THE ROLE**
You will be reporting to the Practice Manager and working on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering patient and staff enquiries;
- Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls and mail;
- Processing payments;
- Preparing patient files;
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality; and
- General administration tasks.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful for this role you will have proven experience working in a similar role and have strong working knowledge of Genie. In addition to this you will have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Ability to set priorities and work in a high pressure environment;
- Ability to work autonomously; and
- Data entry experience.
