**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to excel and achieve their performance targets, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage the daily operations of the clinic efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing and seamless service delivery.
- Customer Experience: Exceed client expectations by consistently delivering outstanding service and personalised care, ensuring clients leave delighted.
- Business Growth: Drive the clinic’s profitability and support its expansion by implementing effective strategies and demonstrating your passion for success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business savvy with a genuine passion for driving success and achieving remarkable results.
- Dedication to providing top-notch customer service and achieving remarkable results.
- Certification in Beauty Therapy (Cert IV, Diploma, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting is beneficial but not essential.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
