As a Payroll Coordinator at Australian Venue Co., you'll play a vital role in our team, managing payroll administrative duties and expanding your payroll expertise. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high volume of payroll tasks within strict deadlines. This role offers the chance to gain experience with various software solutions while working alongside a supportive team.

This role will be based out of our central office located on St Kilda Rd, on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to payroll queries from our extensive workforce and venues
- Setting up new starters and maintaining payroll selections
- Processing weekly pay runs using MicrOpay.
- Managing variations, transfers, and terminations
- General payroll administration tasks

**Requirements**:

- Strong numeracy skills and excellent communication abilities
- Genuine enthusiasm for providing top-notch customer service.
- High attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
- Desire to contribute to and advance within the payroll team.
- Respect for the confidentiality of payroll information.
- Experience in hospitality venues.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an office-based role supporting Finance/HR/Payroll duties
