**Fast-paced Guest Relations role within a corporate environment**

**Sydney CBD**

**Here’s a snapshot of your day**:

- Plan and deliver audio-visual bookings across the Sydney campus as a core member of the Central Reservations team
- Liaise and follow up with clients to specify, book and coordinate AV services for the client including Hybrid and virtual meetings, Webinars, Zoom, Audio and Video conferences
- Guide and support colleagues on best practice for planning of audio-visual bookings.
- Liaise with the AV delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of meetings and events.
- Daily utilisation of the booking system and reporting modules to follow-up with bookers to confirm their AV and catering requirements.
- Assist the Central Reservations and catering team with any client requirements and coordinate any orders as required.
- Work with the AV Manager to refine improvements to the planning and delivery of AV services across the campus.

**Here are the skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role;**
- Passionate about service delivery and finds satisfaction with exceeding client expectations
- A basic understanding and knowledge of audio-visual technologies and services would be desirable
- Previous event management, room booking, concierge, reception and/or coordination experience in a corporate reception, five star hotel or premium services environment is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time management and prioritization experience and strong organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
