**What will you be doing?**
Through close customer relationships and interaction with sales and bid teams, the role is expected to naturally identify, respond to and generate opportunities to maximise revenue and customer value. A Customer Success Manager provides leadership across the regional delivery team, leading the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects, and meets project deliverable billable targets. You will be responsible for providing customer-facing leadership of our engagements across the region, including attending and representing steering committees and other high-level customer engagements.
You will be accountable for ensuring implementation projects remain on track, this will include forecasting and allocating resources with a goal of high utilisation, in addition to identifying areas of improvement for projects, document recommendations and delivering continuous service and performance process improvements and managing, or contributing to post project review meetings.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- **Experience**:You will have 8 or more years of professional experience as a Project Manager/ Programme Manager or Customer Delivery Manager, which 5 or more years' experience leading enterprise customer accounts. Exceptional leadership acumen with the ability to coach and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- **Skills**:You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers alike. Ability to forge strong relationships and work effectively in an environment that is always changing. You will be adept in handling difficult and sensitive situations. As a skilled communicator, you are able to adapt your communication style to the audience and can transfer information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- **Qualifications**:A degree in IT or similar, and relevant project management professional certifications is preferred.
