Here at Y Ballarat we provide a wide range of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote communities. We currently have over 700 staff across the state and continue to grow and develop our passionate workforce.

Our children’s services operations include the management of kindergartens, early learning centres and before and after school care. We have over 90 services across Victoria. Our Youth programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and in our ReCranked and JumpStart programs.

**Our **Opportunity**

The** Pedagogical Coach (SRF) **will provide support to services through implementing a coaching and mentoring program, in consultation with the Pedagogical Leader. The role will focus on supporting services to implement SRF goals in designated coaching projects.

The role will involve on the ground support to Educational Leaders to build capacity and knowledge of service staff and encourage and support embedding VEYLDF principles, in particular reflective practice.

**Role: SRF Pedagogical Coach**

**Job Type**: Part time/Fixed Term

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Hours**:30 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check and maintain a valid employment Working with Children Check whilst employed in this position.

Prior to being appointed to this position it is required that there is a full disclosure of any pre-existing injuries or disease that might be affected by employment in this position.
