About the Role

As a Relationship Manager in Retail Broker, you’ll play a key role in building and deepening relationships with an allocated portfolio of Aggregators and Brokers, and the achievement of segmented sales targets and portfolio growth in line with Retail Broker's strategic direction.

With a focus on face-to-face engagement, Relationship Managers are required to develop a deep understanding of Aggregator and Brokers businesses, their future objectives, and opportunities in order to develop and execute effective sales strategies and uplift performance through targeted Broker education and training, whilst balancing sound risk management practices.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong customer focus and relationship building skills.
Demonstrated experience in effective rapport building and customer portfolio management.
Strong communication (listening, verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
**Analytical skills**: ability to collect and analyse data and information to develop sales strategies.
**Credit analysis**: ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
**Presentation skills**: creating and delivering presentations including the ability to facilitate and engage with audiences.
Goal driven with experience working towards developed plans and targets.
