**About the Opportunity**:
The role involves providing administrative support to the Service Department and the branch, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Processing machine deals and sales
- Processing allocations
- Ensuring the timely collection and control of machine debtor days in line with group policies
- End of month reporting and reconciliations for machine debtors and machine inventory
- Processing of Direct purchases/ Buyback requisitions for Accounts to pay
- Monthly reconciliation of clearing accounts
- Assist Purchasing Managers and Inventory Managers as required
- Preparation of dealer warranty credit notes
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
- Maintaining YTD & Total history of machine sales
- Assist GM with reports and MTD / YTD data and coalition of documents

**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to liaise effectively with customers and dealers
- Proficient in excel
- Ability to self-manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience with double entry accounting
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
- Ability to liaise with internal customers and suppliers
- Ability to generate systems reports on services
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
