**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist, with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and managing ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Deep understanding of business processes and requirements with the ability to translate these into functional ERP system configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ERP system issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead ERP upgrades and migrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to train users and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
