Our client is experiencing a significant growth period and are looking to fill a newly created role for an appointment setter, in their Brisbane office. You will join team of appointment setters, supporting the field sales team in their quest for new sales in this high end luxury sector. This is a great opportunity to join a company where you will be a part of the future success of this organisation.

**The Role**

The Appointment setter role is a full time position working Monday - Friday.
Your role will be calling business to business, supporting Senior Consultants by making appointments on their behalf. You will be making outbound calls, contacting prospects, converting leads and booking meetings, from the database / leads supplied to you. Your target market could be high end luxury retailers, hospitality, tour companies and real estate companies.....

**Duties will include**:

- Telesales
- Outbound calling - identifying opportunities and securing appointments for Senior Consultants
- Managing a shared diary and scheduling appointments accordingly
- Updating the database with key decision makers

**Applicant requirements**
- Proven track record successfully booking appointments in a direct sales environment and meeting KPI's
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Previous experience managing your own prospects in a CRM database
- The ability to work autonomously, using your initiative to maximise your success and ensure
- A team player, someone who is flexible in their approach to work
- Be someone who is motivated by sales and can get the job done
- Passion for cold calling & outbound sales.

Salary is up to $55kk base + kpi bonus based on sales made.
