Lifeguarding Roles

**CVM are currently recruiting for Lifeguarding & Customer Service roles at our Rackley Swimming Runaway Bay location**

**Key Requirements for Lifeguards/Customer Service**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR
- Current First Aid
- Current Pool Lifeguard

**Key Skills**:

- High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
- Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
- Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
- Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties
