**About the Role**

Opportunities available for multiple Labourers to join the site team and be responsible for helping assemble and fabricate agricultural products. In this role you would be required to travel and work at other Ahrens work/project sites to complete work as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow work orders and site schedules or job instructions and specifications.
- Mark-out, cut/drill/punch holes as directed in steel components and assemblies.
- Layout, position, align and assemble components together as instructed.
- Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of work areas and site work areas, equipment, tools and facilities.
- Safely and efficiently undertake other duties as instructed by Supervisor.
- Perform general site works as required.
- Undertake all other reasonable tasks and duties within your skill and ability, as directed.

**Skills and Experience**
- Be prepared to travel and work at other Ahrens work/project sites to complete work as required.
- Flexible approach and cooperative team attitude.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work co-operatively in a team.
- Follow all Safety requirements at all times.
- Willingness to take undertake on-the-job training.
- Willingness to assist in other areas.
- Be prepared to work reasonable amounts of overtime as operationally required.
- Flexible approach to working away as required.
- On Site Construction Card.
- Experience using safe work practices (desirable).
- Familiarity with construction/ building industry (desirable).
- Previous experience using hand tools (desirable).
- Interest/ previous experience in the agricultural industry (desirable).
