**Do work that matters
You will be joining our outstanding EUX team to provide onsite support at our Data Centre in Burwood. You will be working within a blended team environment to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, provide a high-quality IT colleague experience with the drive to go above and beyond for every colleague.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Level 1-2 Support for end-users and provide support across the group, utilising and following the tools and processes in place to meet security standards and policies.
- Perform deep dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for hardware and software issues.
- Managing incoming and outgoing assets including devices and peripherals such as laptops, monitors, mice, keyboards etc.
- Effectively communicating with key stakeholders to ensure there is always sufficient equipment on hand to support our staff.
- Getting involved with project work such as commissioning or decommissioning of new sites, laptop rollouts, hardware refreshes etc. as required.
- Using ServiceNow for logging of interactions/incidents/and fulfilments of Service Requests in real time.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**
- Are comfortable working full-time on-site at our Burwood Data Centre and are open to providing branch level support as needed. A company car is provided for all site travel, applicants must hold an unrestricted driver's license.
- Enjoy going the extra mile for customers, building rapport and ultimately providing the best experience.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail - strong documentation skills are essential
- Have strong Windows troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Mac OS would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory management, Azure-AD (AAD), Office 365; Modern Workplace - SCCM, Intune and Autopilot.
- Have the ability to resolve conflict and act in a professional manner. Have had exposure to or hands on experience developing scripts for automation.
