**About Them**
Our client is a well-established, national organisation in the food transport industry that has undergone a period of growth. With over 3000 employees nationally, and multiple sites across the nation, they are still on their journey of growth and are maturing their L&D function which has created this exciting new opportunity. Our client has a strong family work ethic and a new partnership with Woolworths.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the supportive Learning & Development Manager and working alongside a young, vibrant and down-to-earth L&D team, you will partner with State Operations Manager in assessing new starters’ competency in performing their operational tasks and highlighting and working on closing gaps through training and coaching. This will include conducting audits across multiple sites, ensuring completion and compliance across the board.

You will also validate current training & assessment materials to ensure they are fit for purpose and manage all training records and compliance through the LMS.

There will be plenty of other projects to develop your skills whilst working with the L&D Manager to mature the function.

**About You**
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:

- Self-starter with a great personality who is keen to step up and develop their craft.
- Previous experience in the Learning & Development space
- Comfortable with hands on work
- High attention to detail and a creative flare
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain and/or transport industry
