Are you an experienced ICT Project Coordination Officer seeking a new challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well reputed agency and team in their regulatory body's Digital and Technology Services Branch. The company goal is to create a communications and media environment that balances the needs of industry and the Australian community.

**Role Overview**

As their new ICT Project Coordination Officer, you will work on Projects, which plays a critical role in managing radio communications and broadcasting licensing in Australia. This is a
**12 month** role.

**Duties Include,**
- Direct support to the Project Manager which includes project coordination and logístical support.
- Supporting internal Evaluation Committee (EC) to ensure all aspects of the procurement.
- Management and development of procurement documentation and support the project manager to manage the procurement process in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and agency policies and guidance.
- Assisting team in other project related tasks including, administration, stakeholder engagement and coordination.

**Desirable**

A current Australian government security baseline clearance will be highly regarded.
