**Position Opportunity**

Gabriel Barbers is seeking an experienced Barber to join our team on a full-time basis in our barbershop located in Penrith, NSW Australia.

Gabriel barbers specialise in fades, razor fades, beard trims, beard shaves using old school methods. Gabriel barbers have hairdressers that specialise in hair colour/cut/blow dry’s and professional treatments. The salon also offers men’s facials. Gabriel Barbers stocks a wide range of high quality hair products that are exclude to the salon that are not sold elsewhere.

**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Cutting, fading, shaping hair using scissors, razors, and clippers.
- Beard maintenance, such as trimming, shaving using beard shave cream and razor.
- Performing other grooming services, such as shampooing, treatment, colouring, and styling
- Cleaning workstation, sterilising tools, and equipment, such as scissors, combs and clippers.
- Providing advice on hair care, beauty products and hairstyles.
- Arranging appointments and collecting payments.

- Interpersonal skills including customer service, teamwork and professionalism.
- Time management.
- Attention to details.
- Work ethics.

**Previous Experience Required**
- At least 3 years as a Hairdresser

**Working Arrangements**

Full-time hours

38 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time and Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000 per annum plus superannuation

Schedule: 8 hour shift - 3 weekdays and 2 days on weekend

**Work Eligibility**

Applicant needs to be full working rights in Australia or hold a valid visa with permission to work full-time.
