Our client is a specialist in their field of high end fit-out projects across Australia. Some would say they are a leader in their field with a reputation second to none, trusted by over 50 of the world's leading luxury brands As they expand their team and take on more challenging projects they are seeking an experienced Junior Project Coordinator to assist in their Maintenance Division of high end fit outs in a Bespoke Market.

**The Role**
Reporting to and supporting two Project Managers within their Maintenance Division, this role is for the highly driven and highly organised and would suit someone wanting to get their first step in to commercial projects. These are large, high-end commercial Projects and require someone with an excellent eye for detail and ability to pull all aspects of the project together.

**About you**:

- Gold Coast based but flexibility to travel to sites in most of the major cities when required
- Personality
- Excellent attention to detail and an EYE for detail - _these are high end luxury installations so you have to be able to be on-point_
- Excellent troubleshooter
- All about relationships and building rapport with your team, suppliers and clients alike
- Committed, reliable and punctual
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strive for achievement and performance
- **Background in Construction or Commercial projects/maintenance would be advantageous**:

- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

**The Role**:

- Supporting the Project Managers ensuring their projects are on time and to spec

- Dealing with clients overseeing maintenance of pre-existing shop fit outs
