**General Description of the Role**
The GBS Regional Specialist, AP is responsible for all aspects of bank payments, treasury, concur credit card and fleet management for Campari Australia, Campari New Zealand, and Campari Singapore. This role is a focal point of APAC Accounts Payable and GBS Accenture.
**Mission/Objectives**
To maintain the integrity of the Accounts Payable ledger so that our vendors are paid in accordance with their agreed trading terms.
To support the operational aspects of Campari Australia in regards to fleet and employee expenses, as well as treasury management to fulfil business cash flow requirements.
**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Payment processing and following up authorization on remote banking for AU NZ SG entities.
- Processing tax payments - Excise, BAS, and Payroll tax
- Organize EFT Employees payment as required by HR.
- Internal audit 262 submission and external audit assistance
- Cash flow forecast and treasury management support.
- Concur and credit card management - Expense and allowance management.
- Provide reporting - Expense and Open invoice.
- Provide training and support on invoice processing.
- Fleet management
- Focal point with GBS Accenture to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounts payable related duties.
- Focal point for all supplier related queries - internal and external
- Support with Month end activities
- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
**Key Relationships**
**Internal**:HR,** **Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, IT and Legal
**External**: GBS Accenture team, Suppliers
**Experience Required**
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP software is essential.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in accounts payable role
- Experience within the liquor or beverage industry is an advantage
- Previous experience within a shared service centre is highly desirable
**Education / Professional Qualifications**
Post-Secondary education in business or maths discipline
**Skills***
- Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to own the tasks with mínimal supervision and follow-ups.
- Ability to work well within a Team.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and handle a high-volume workload within time pressures and multitasking.
- Understanding of general ledger coding
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
