**About the role**

A great leadership opportunity is available for a dedicated and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager - After Hours Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Port Pirie Regional Health Service.

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager role supports the Nursing/Midwifery Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in an After Hours capacity, ensuring the continuity of person centred care, clinical nursing/midwifery care and individual case management to patients/clients of the unit.

Duties may include performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management, financial and supplies planning and monitoring.

**Eligibility**

Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at least 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.

This is a multiple positions available part time vacancy, working hours per fortnight to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
