**An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Stores Utility to join our Resources Operations Team on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off Fly-In-Fly-Out roster from Perth Airport to regional Western Australia.**

**What we are looking for a Stores Person with**:

- Forklift Licence
- Drivers licence
- RSA Certificate
- Versatile and willing to work in any department, as required
- Ability to effectively and positively communicate
- Highly developed attention to detail

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience in stores, warehousing and/or food and beverage environment

**Role Details**:

- Ensure all dry storages, refrigerators, and freezers are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene, and OHS regulations
- Ensure each outlet is supplied with sanitised clean and dry operational equipment
- Ensure all operating equipment, crockery, cutlery & glassware is hygienically and safely stored
- Set up systems to protect and store all consumables, operating equipment, crockery, cutlery & glassware, correctly recording breakages and carry out regular stock takes
- Check all food is stored and handled as per current food health and hygiene regulations
- Set up and maintain safe and hygienic methods for the removal of dry and wet waste
