**Position Title**: Full-time Baker

**Salary**: A$ 55,000+Superannuation

The Red Hill Baker is a great local bread supplier in Balnarring Victoria. They specialize in providing expansive range of in-house made and authentic artisan bread, delicious gourmet pies and cakes.

**Tasks include**:

- Experience in dough techniques including moulding, mixing and baking
- Baking pies and pastries
- Managing batches of products
- Regulating temperatures of ovens
- Preparing sweet and savory fillings
- Ability to train other staff on different baking procedures and outline the company policies and standards
- Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly
- Ensure the workplace is clean and hygiene and meet the standards at all times

**Skill level required**:

- Minimum Certificate in Patisserie
- Experience in preparing bread and pastry products being a mandatory requirement
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience as a Baker
- Always maintain a professional attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strick compliance towards food safety
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Good team player

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Baker: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
