The Dandenong Specialist Consulting Clinic has a full time 76 hrs per fortnight ongoing Administration role available.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team to assist in the enhancement of daily operations of the department. This is a dynamic service which is currently undergoing a period of evaluation and change.

**About Specialist Consulting (Outpatients)**

The Specialist Consulting service provides an extensive range of medical and surgical specialist clinics that are supported by multidisciplinary staff including allied health specialists, diagnostic services and interpreter services.

Specialist Consulting clinics operate across Monash Health, both within our hospitals and at other satellite locations with a centralised referral management team.

**About the Role**
- The main focus of the Clinic Access Coordintor is to co-ordinate patient flow throughout the Specialist Consulting Clinics and to provide high quality customer service, including sensitivity when dealing with clients
- It is the responsibility of the Administration Clerk to provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective & efficient administration operations
- The Clinic Access Coordinator reports to the Administration Manager and is responsible for undertaking administration functions within the Specialist Consulting Clinics

**Skills & Experience**:

- Possess the ability to adapt in a changing environment to meet demands
- Ability to deliver training and education to staff; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of Department of Health and Human Services reporting requirements and policies is desirable
