**About the Position**:
As a cafe all-rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with hygiene standards, whilst assisting with all front of house and back of house procedures.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks:

- Serve all customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Handle all payments according to procedure and guidelines.
- Keep all work areas (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times whilst maintaining clean equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Basic food preparation and coffee making.
- Please note that our cafe operates from 4am, and shifts will be varied over 7 days including public holidays. As a result of these hours, own transport is required.
- 1 year experience working in a café.
- Barista experience is advantageous.
- Passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work great in a team environment
- Flexible availability for early morning starts from 4am and late evenings until 12am.
