**Your Role**

In your role as Spa Manager, you will be responsible for spa budgeting/forecasting, roster optimisation, recruitment needs and inventory management. As the face of the spa, you will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to build up your spa’s client base. Using your beauty knowledge, you will be able to support and further develop your team of therapists to provide high quality treatments and skincare advice, providing an excellent wellness journey for our clients.

**Your skills and experience**

As an experienced Spa Manager, you will have the following abilities and experience:

- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Spa/Salon Manager
- MUST hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Salon Management
- You are available to work Mon - Fri and Tues - Sat on a fortnightly rotating roster
- You have administration experience with a spa booking system (Zenoti)
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
- You are a confident leader with previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists
- You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus
- You are confident leading a team through challenges and developing their skills and knowledge
- You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Spa Management: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
