**The Company**

Market leader is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. **About the Role**

You will be responsible for driving process improvement and operational performance by challenging the status quo and identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency of financial compliance activities and quality of management information. Critically, you will embrace technology and a continuous improvement mindset to drive the development of a highly engaged finance function which is a true enabler of the organisational strategy.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting into the Head of Group Reporting - your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Prepare annual financial statements
- Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
- Coordinate the external/internal audit process with staff and auditors
- Prepare concise and technically sound accounting papers, associated policies and procedures and act as the key liaison on technical accounting matters
- Work closely with key stakeholders in relation to the adoption of new
accounting standards including the documentation of accounting changes,
process and/or system impacts and change implementations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of additional robust financial controls and policies.
- Assist in preparing audit committee and Board papers, and external financial reports.
- Be a leader in the culture of continuous improvement
- Assist in other ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required.

Ideally will be CA qualified with a background in a large Chartered and / corporate environment. You will be an ambitious Reporting Manager with large corporate experience. You will have a desire to grow with an entrepreneurial and exciting business going through positive growth and change. You will have a strong track record of improving processes involving systems as well as providing value add to business operations.
