Production Manager

As the Production Manager you will be responsible for the management of the supply chain, purchase orders, costings, logistics and same coordination and critical path. You will be the main point of contact for all product updates and providing accurate information to the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage end to end process of the Production life cycle - critical path
- Ensure information is updated daily and samples are on schedule so products are delivered on time.
- Liaising with local and offshore suppliers regarding the manufacturing of product and ensuring they are to company standard
- Negotiation prices for local and offshore.
- Primary accountability to ensure first margin targets are met.
- Manage the logistics function and coordinate shipping for all offshore suppliers.
- Managing the Quality Control function throughout the life cycle of a product to ensure QC standards are met and any issues raised and dealt with accordingly.
- Support the co-ordination of sample requirements

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 5yrs’ experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Exceptional understanding of offshore production, global sourcing & logistics
- Excellent understanding of critical path and timeline
- Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills
- Time and project management skills are essential
- Strong understanding of garment specifications and construction techniques
- Strong technical background and ability
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- PC & MAC skillset
